Calloto is a £19/month subscription with no contracts. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard or by contacting us.
If Calloto does not work for your business within the first 14 days of your subscription, we will refund your first payment in full — no questions asked.
After the first 14 days, if you cancel we will not charge for future months. We do not generally provide partial refunds for the current billing month, as the Service is provided for the whole period.
Overage message charges (5p per message beyond the included 100 per month) are non-refundable once messages have been sent.
Email [email protected] with your account email and the reason. We aim to process refunds within 5–10 working days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
